Welcome to our Sample Ballot page! This page is meant to provide Henry County residents a preview of their ballot and appropriate links to learn more about the candidates. Official sample ballots are available from the Georgia Secretary of State’s My Voter Page.

Moving Henry Forward does not cover federal or statewide elections. Instead, we focus our time helping Henry County voters connect with local office holders and candidates. Be sure and visit our Elections webpage for more information about Election Day.

The Sample Ballot page is configured for the June 9, 2020 primary postponed from May 19.

Georgia is an open primary state. Voters may select either party primary to participate, and their ballot will reflect that party for all positions. All voters will see the non-partisan general election.

Ballot positions not covered below include President, US Senate, US House, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the Georgia Court of Appeals. Reference the state’s My Voter Page linked above for those positions.
