May 10 update: the Love’s retread and retail distribution center will be located off Colvin Drive and Davis Lake Road. The facility will be constructed as part of Gardner Logistics Park phase II.

Gardner Logistics Park is being developed by Scannell Properties. Phase I broke ground in 2018 located off highway 42. A total of 1.67 million square feet (MSF) of industrial space is planned in two buildings.

Twenty-nine acres were rezoned for industrial use by the Locust Grove city council in December 2019. The property is being combined with land zoned industrial in 2007 to form phase II of the logistics park.

Newly available site plans show three buildings for a total of 1,220,500 square feet of industrial space on the property. This is a small reduction from the 1.25 MSF facility previously anticipated. Complete build-out of the site is estimated in July 2021.
