High industrial demand seen throughout metro Atlanta

High industrial demand continues to be a strong theme throughout metro Atlanta and north Georgia. Here are nine industrial projects being considered throughout the region.

The projects mentioned below have been submitted to the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for review as a development of regional impact during the last three months. The oldest project was submitted to the state on November 1, 2019.
