Former Toys “R” Us warehouse available for leasing

Site plan for former Toys "R" Us warehouse in McDonough

The former Toys “R” Us distribution center, located at 830 Highway 42 South in McDonough, is available for leasing. The building, originally constructed in 1998, has sat vacant since Toys “R” Us shut down operations in summer 2018.

The 154 acre property contains 972,350 square feet of industrial space with a possible building expansion of 187,500 square feet. The site includes 829 trailer parking spaces, 349 auto spaces, and direct access to the Norfolk Southern railroad with sixteen rail doors.

An unused section of the property could be developed into either 1,080 trailer parking spaces, 3,050 auto spaces, or a combination thereof to support a future tenant’s needs.

More information about the property is available on LoopNet.
